School Market EditionsEdit

In North America, the regular books were published by Scholastic (not just North America, but Australia as well), and the school market versions were simply, well, the school market versions. Just clarifying it.

P.S. Did you get recently promoted? Last I checked, you had the "NEW EDITOR" next to your name. Now it says ADMIN & BUREAUCRAT. Congrats on the promotion! Murali9395 (talk) 11:34, October 11, 2016 (UTC)

Would the ads for other series in the back of some of the books be acceptable to be added in the Trivia section or somewhere else? i.e. the ad for Remnants in #53 The Answer, the ads for The Seventh Tower in many of the post-MM4 books, the excerpt for The Seventh Tower in #42 The Journey, the ad for Watchers by Peter Lerangis (obscure series, so obscure that you won't get any information other than the fact that it exists) in #25 The Extreme, the ads for Everworld in a few of the books published in 1999, the order form for Star Wars in the Scholastic Edition of #35 The Proposal, the Goosebumps order forms in the original edition (white instead of colored metallic foil) of #6 The Capture, the order form for Everworld in #37 The Weakness, and others I could be missing due to just having most and not all of the books. Admin RequestEdit

Hello there! Long time no talk. If you don't mind, would you consider promoting me to admin? Or at the very least, content moderator? It would make cleaning up the wiki that much easier. Murali9395 (talk) 10:07, February 3, 2018 (UTC)

Would you mind if we ran/oversaw this wikia together? I'm still in the process of sprucing it up.Murali9395 (talk) 11:33, February 13, 2018 (UTC)
There's a vandal here, creating those Power Rangers stuff. I don't have the user rights to block or temp ban him. Might I request admin rights? Murali9395 (talk) 18:34, March 4, 2018 (UTC)
Would you mind bumping me up to bureaucrat? MJLogan95 (talk) 16:19, April 29, 2019 (UTC)

Help NeededEdit

Hey, I have a question about book publishing dates - for example, the back of book 13, with the ad for book 14, would say "coming Dec 1997" but the actual book 14 would say "original printing, Jan 1998". Which makes it difficult to ascertain when is the true publishing date. Input? Murali9395 (talk) 04:10, March 7, 2018 (UTC)

Page CoversEdit

You don't have to rename the image files as ebook, because the original titles did not say ORIGINAL front covers. It just front cover, and the e-books are front covers. I mean you can if you want to spend the time and do it, but it's not necessary. Also, please don't add both covers to the infobox for the book pages. The ebook covers are the ones that look just like the original covers, with the exception of the Scholastic logo placement. The cover scans are metallic and don't show the title very well, except in certain instances (ex. The Secret's page & The Decision). As both covers are the same in design, there's no need to have both there. The one that is the most accurate and visible is the one that goes on the infobox, and for the most part, those are the e-book covers. Also, it is "e-book" and not "eBook", from what I have searched up - so should we go with the former spelling? Murali9395 (talk) 18:50, March 7, 2018 (UTC)

Do you know when the e-book covers for #45-54 get released? If they haven't been already, do you have hi res scans of the covers? I know some do (46, 52) but 45, 53, etc. could updates. If you have time, thanks. Murali9395 (talk) 10:58, April 15, 2018 (UTC)

Image FilesEdit

You uploaded these two images files but they did not get uploaded properly.

1) http://animorphs.wikia.com/wiki/File:Animorphs_45_revelation_back_cover.jpg
2) http://animorphs.wikia.com/wiki/File:Animorphs_45_revelation_inside_cover_and_quote.jpg
Could you reupload them? And if you can, a hi-res front page cover of #45? thank you. Murali9395 (talk) 11:50, April 12, 2018 (UTC)
Don't let the bug discourage for uploading images around 4MB; we need high quality stuff here. Murali9395 (talk) 04:44, April 13, 2018 (UTC)
I contacted fandom support - here's what they said:
"Thanks for getting in touch, and apologies for this issue. The problem here is that the image is too large - we've always had a 12.5 megapixel (approx 3500 x 3500 pixels) limit for thumbnail generation, but it appears that temporarily stopped being applied then recently started working again. The quick solution for this is to manually resize that image to be under 12.5 megapixels, and I am talking to the team about raising the limit (which would allow you to restore the current version)."
Is it possible for you to resize them under 3500 x 3500? Murali9395 (talk) 00:41, April 14, 2018 (UTC)
No rush bud, take your time. I'll see what I can do on my end :) Murali9395 (talk) 02:06, April 14, 2018 (UTC)
I fixed most of them; I'll fix the rest (42-54) as I get each page up to speed one by one. So don't worry about it, I got the rest. :P Murali9395 (talk) 10:26, April 14, 2018 (UTC)

Hi there!

Excited to see any sort of Animorphs community is still active!

I just attempted to reply to something that was labeled a forum post, but didn't seem to function like a forum post.  Can you tell me if I did that wrong?  Sure looks like I did that wrong.

Thanks!

International PublicationsEdit

Hi! Logan here, from FANDOM's content team. It is redundant to have separate pages for a country's publications; that is what the International Publications page is for. Hence, I performed some housekeeping. Is there something you wished to discuss? MJLogan95 (talk) 21:45, August 30, 2019 (UTC)
