Ket Halpak is the second Hork-Bajir that was permanently freed from Yeerk control, and was the wife of Jara Hamee and the mother of Toby Hamee. She was freed by Tobias and became a founding member of Earth's free Hork-Bajir colony. After the war, she joined the other free Hork-Bajir and relocated to Yellowstone National Park.
